Quality, food safety and environment policy

EGGNOVO S.L.’s activity focuses on researching, developing, and manufacturing ingredients for the production of dietary supplements.

The primary goal is to meet applicable legal requirements while ensuring product authenticity in the market with the highest levels of quality. Additionally, EGGNOVO emphasizes environmental responsibility, technical capability, and innovation to establish itself as a market leader, with a focus on satisfying the needs of customers and stakeholders.

Following the principles of the Codex Alimentarius and the internationally recognized FSSC 22000 standard in the food industry, EGGNOVO S.L. aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Plan quality and food safety objectives and improve processes, measuring results to build trust and satisfaction among customers and staff.
  • Maintain flexibility to adapt to dynamic, changing, and competitive customer requirements.
  • Ensure effectiveness and the highest level of quality and food safety across all products and suppliers through the development of internal assessment systems, audits, and training.
  • Implement environmental management practices to prevent pollution and demonstrate sustainability.
  • Comply with Halal certification requirements and other applicable standards (GSO, HAS, etc.) ensuring clean and non-Halal ingredient-free raw materials and facilities.
  • Involve all staff in continuous improvement, emphasizing the importance of Quality and Food Safety Management System development.
  • Encourage employee participation and responsibility in the Quality System’s operation and development, providing appropriate training and resources.
  • Define the best way to conduct activities and communicate them internally and externally within the organization.
  • Promote awareness of food hygiene and proper facility maintenance.
  • Record and control errors to prevent their recurrence through corrective and improvement actions.
  • Commit to implementing measures for Food Protection and necessary security measures to safeguard products and production processes against deliberate contamination.
  • Eggnovo bases its activity on a circular economy system, taking advantage of a byproduct of egg production companies (eggshells) to obtain high value-added ingredients, therefore, reducing food loss and waste is one of the key strategies of the organization.

 

This policy provides a framework for establishing and reviewing the objectives and commitments that EGGNOVO S.L. aims to achieve. These objectives are annually assessed and approved by EGGNOVO S.L.’s management,
